Revenue Leak Audit — Terms

  1. Who we are. The audit is provided by WPRobo Limited, company number 16511391, registered address 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (“WPRobo”, “we”).
  2. What’s included. A review of one WooCommerce store in six areas: lost orders, payment gateways, checkout flow, subscription renewals (if used), checkout security and platform health. You receive a written report, and we answer follow-up questions by email for 14 days after delivery.
  3. What’s not included. Carrying out fixes; applying for, or guaranteeing approval with, any payment processor or bank; legal, tax or regulatory advice; any other site or service.
  4. Fixes, if you want them. Your report includes a fixed-price fix plan. We can carry out any of the fixes for you as a separate project, quoted and agreed in writing before work starts. The audit fee is credited in full against any project you start within 30 days. To go ahead, reply to your report email or write to alishanvr@gmail.com.
  5. Price and payment. You pay the price shown on the offer page when you buy, in full and upfront through Stripe. The regular price is $950 USD. A discounted price of $600 USD applies to purchases made from 1 November to 31 December 2026.
  6. Fit check and refunds. We confirm within 24 hours of payment that the audit fits your store. If it doesn’t, or if we can’t start through our own fault, we refund you in full within 1 business day. Once the review has started, the fee is non-refundable.
  7. Timing. We deliver the report within 5 business days after all required access is working. Delays in providing access move the delivery date.
  8. Access and backups. You give us the access listed in our kickoff email and keep current backups of your site. We work on a staging copy where possible, don’t run test payments on your live gateway without your written permission, and remove or downgrade our access after delivery.
  9. Confidentiality. We use your store’s data only to carry out the audit and don’t share it with anyone else.
  10. No guarantees. The audit identifies issues and recommends fixes. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome, including processor approval, recovered revenue or sales.
  11. Liability. Our total liability for the audit is limited to the fee you paid.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
