About the role
We are hiring a QA Engineer to test every WordPress site, plugin, and WooCommerce store before it ships to a client. You own quality — your sign-off is what stops or releases a deployment.
You will work alongside developers, attend planning sessions, and write test cases that prevent the same bug from happening twice.
What you will do
- Write detailed test cases for every new feature or fix
- Manually test WordPress sites across browsers, devices, and screen sizes
- Test WooCommerce flows — checkout, payments, refunds, subscriptions
- Report bugs clearly with steps, screenshots, and console logs
- Run regression tests after each deploy
- Build a library of reusable test cases in the team’s testing tool
- Test accessibility (keyboard navigation, screen readers, contrast)
