WordPress Intern

Q: How does the hiring process work?

Apply through the form. We respond within 5 working days. If you look like a fit, you do a 30-minute intro call, then a small paid take-home task (no algorithm puzzles), then a 60-minute technical conversation with the founder. Offers go out within a week of the final round.

Q: Do you sponsor relocation or visas?

Not at this stage. On-site roles require you to already live in or be willing to relocate to Lahore at your own arrangement. Remote roles are open to candidates worldwide who can overlap with UK working hours for at least 3 hours daily.

Q: Will I work directly with clients?

Yes — once you are settled in. We do not use a project-manager layer that filters every message. You will join client calls, reply to client questions, and own the relationship for your projects.

Engineering Internship Lahore Office

About the role

We run a 3-month paid WordPress internship for final-year CS / IT students or recent graduates. You will work on real WordPress projects (under supervision), not coffee runs or made-up tasks.

Top performers are offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.

What you will learn

How a real WordPress agency builds and ships sites
Custom theme structure, template hierarchy, and the loop
PHP for WordPress — hooks, actions, filters
Tailwind CSS for responsive layouts
Git workflow with pull requests and code reviews
Talking to clients (with senior support)

Format

Mondays to Fridays at our Lahore office. 3-month commitment. Paid stipend. Mentored 1-on-1 by a senior developer.

Requirements

Final-year student or recent graduate in CS, IT, or related field

Basic HTML and CSS — you should be able to build a static landing page from scratch

Some exposure to PHP or JavaScript — even from coursework

Available 5 days a week on-site at our Lahore office

Eagerness to learn and take feedback

Working English — you will join client calls (mostly listening to start)

Any WordPress experience (built a personal site, installed plugins, etc.) (preferred)

Any small projects on GitHub — even student work counts (preferred)

Familiarity with Git (clone, commit, push) (preferred)
