The Challenge

The existing site was built on a generic template that buried class schedules and made it hard for visitors to understand what Reitz Ranch offered. Mobile performance was poor and the gallery was unmanageable without developer help.

Our Solution

We built a custom theme from scratch with dedicated programme pages, a schedule section with clear dates and registration links, and a media-managed gallery the owner can update herself. Speed optimisation brought mobile PageSpeed to 91.

Results

Programme enquiries increased 40% in the first 90 days. The owner now updates class schedules and the gallery without touching code. Mobile bounce rate dropped from 68% to 41%.
