Terms & Conditions

Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between WPRobo Limited (“WPRobo”, “we”, “our”) and you (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) for all services provided by WPRobo. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Payment

The full project fee is due before work begins. Work will not commence until payment has been received in full. Payment constitutes acceptance of the project scope and these Terms. WPRobo will issue a VAT invoice upon receipt of payment (where applicable).

Project Start

Work begins within 5 working days of confirmed payment and receipt of all required client materials (content, brand assets, access credentials, and any other materials specified during onboarding).

Client Materials

The client is responsible for providing all required materials in a timely manner. Delays in receiving materials will extend the project timeline proportionally. WPRobo is not liable for delays caused by late provision of client materials.

Revisions

One round of consolidated revisions is included, to be provided by the client within 5 working days of receiving the staging review link. Additional revision rounds will be quoted and invoiced separately. Revisions must be consolidated into a single document or message โ€” piecemeal feedback across multiple communications will be processed as a single revision round.

Scope Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be documented in writing and must be approved by both parties before work on the changes begins. Changes to scope may affect the timeline and/or price. WPRobo will not action scope changes without written approval.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom work produced by WPRobo for this project. WPRobo retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing. Third-party components (plugins, themes, libraries) remain subject to their respective licences.

Confidentiality

WPRobo will not share, publish, or disclose any confidential client information without prior written consent. This includes business data, access credentials, and strategic information shared during the project.

Post-Launch Support

A 30-day support window is included from the date of go-live, covering bug fixes and issues directly related to the work delivered. This does not cover new features, third-party plugin issues unrelated to the project scope, or client-caused issues. After 30 days, support is available under a maintenance retainer.

Liability

WPRobo’s total liability in connection with this project is limited to the total project fee paid. WPRobo is not liable for loss of revenue, data loss, or consequential damages arising from the project or any delay in delivery. The client is responsible for maintaining backups of their own data throughout the project.

Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, no refund will be issued. If WPRobo is unable to complete the project for reasons within its control, a pro-rata refund will be issued for work not yet completed. “Commenced” is defined as any substantive work undertaken after project start confirmation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
