FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the image not showing in my email?
The image URL must be publicly hosted (not on your local machine) and must serve over HTTPS. Many email clients block images from untrusted sources by default โ€” the recipient may need to click "show images". Upload your photo to your website or a service like Imgur for best results.
Will this work in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. The generated HTML uses table-based layout (the most compatible across email clients) and inline styles only. Tested in Gmail, Outlook (web + desktop), Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and most major mobile clients.
Why use HTML signatures instead of plain text?
HTML signatures look more professional, support branding (colour, logo), make links clickable, and let you include social icons. Plain text works everywhere but limits your branding.
How do I make the signature smaller / fit Gmail?
The "Minimal (no photo)" layout is the most compact. Keep your tagline short. Gmail mobile shows the first ~150 characters before "..."
Can I add my company logo?
Yes โ€” upload your logo to your website, then use the logo URL in the Profile Photo field. Square format works best (300ร—300px or 60ร—60px).
