Our Pricing Model

WPRobo uses fixed-price project quotes. Every project receives a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins. There are no hourly rates, no time tracking, and no invoices that are higher than the quote.

Our rule: If it is not in the scope, it is not in the price. And if it is in the scope, the price does not change.

Typical Price Ranges

  • Simple WordPress site (5–10 pages, custom theme): £999–£2,500
  • WooCommerce store (product setup, checkout, payments): £1,400–£5,000
  • Custom plugin development: £1,000–£3,000 depending on complexity
  • Speed optimisation: £500–£1,000
  • Care plans: from £99/month

What Affects the Price

Three things determine the cost of a project:

  1. Complexity — Custom functionality costs more than standard pages
  2. Content volume — More pages or products means more setup time
  3. Integrations — Payment gateways, CRMs, or APIs add scope

Payment Terms

100% of the project fee is due before work begins. Payment is by Stripe or PayPal.
