During the Review Stage
When your staging site is ready for review, we send you a link and a review checklist. You have 5 working days to review everything and provide feedback.
How to Submit Feedback
Send all feedback in one consolidated message — email or your preferred communication channel. Include:
- The page or section you are referring to
- What needs to change
- If possible, a screenshot showing the issue
What Counts as a Revision
One round of revisions is included in every project. A “round” means:
- A single set of consolidated changes sent at one time
- Changes that are within the original scope
- Adjustments to existing elements (not new features)
What Does NOT Count
- Bug fixes — these are always free and unlimited
- Typo corrections — always included
- Content updates you can make yourself from the admin
Additional Revisions
If you need more than one round of revisions, additional rounds are quoted separately before work begins. We will always tell you the cost before proceeding.
