What Happens After I Pay?

A step-by-step guide to what happens between paying and seeing your finished project.

Step 1: Kickoff

Once payment is confirmed, we schedule a kickoff meeting (or async brief). We confirm all details, clarify any open questions, set up the staging environment, and send you a confirmation email with everything agreed in writing.

Step 2: Build on Staging

All development happens on a private staging site. You will never see half-finished work go live. We work to the agreed scope and timeline, communicating proactively if anything comes up.

Step 3: Client Review

When the work is ready, you receive a link to the staging site with a review checklist. You have 5 working days to review and provide consolidated feedback. One round of revisions is included.

Step 4: Launch

Once you approve the staging version, we coordinate the go-live: DNS migration, live environment setup, and post-launch checks. We monitor the site for 48 hours after launch.

Step 5: Handover

After launch, we provide a recorded walkthrough of the admin area, written documentation, and a 30-day support window for any bug fixes.
