Every time someone submits a DocuMerge-powered form, the submission is recorded at DocuMerge โ†’ Submissions.

The submissions list

Columns shown:

  • ID โ€” unique identifier for the submission
  • Form โ€” which form produced the submission
  • Submitter email โ€” the value of the email field (if the form has one)
  • Date โ€” when the submission was received
  • Status โ€” Pending, Completed, or Error
  • Document โ€” links to download the generated PDF or DOCX

Filtering

At the top of the list:

  • By form โ€” dropdown to show submissions for one specific form
  • By date range โ€” start and end date inputs
  • By status โ€” Pending / Completed / Error

Filters combine, so you can show “Client Intake form submissions from last week that completed successfully”.

Bulk actions

Select multiple rows with the checkboxes, then choose a bulk action:

  • Delete โ€” removes the submissions and their generated documents from disk
  • Export โ€” exports selected submissions as a CSV

Submission detail view

Click any submission to see:

  • The full field-by-field submitted data
  • The generated document with a re-download link
  • Timestamp, IP address, and user agent (for audit purposes)
  • Error log if generation failed
